  7. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and rest it for another 15minutes or until double the size.
    While waiting for the dough to rise up, you can pre-heat your oven to 180-185 Celsius.
  8. Brush water on top of the dough. To prevent the crust on top.
    And bake for 15-18 minutes or until its golden brown.
